She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocky Hoffman and Wilma Hoffman; her son Michael; her sister Terri; and her son-in-law Jerry.
She is survived by: her husband Edgar Smith; her daughter Lisa Bradford-Glenn; her grandchildren, Robert Wade (Shaela), Colton, Marti Ann (Tim), Shawna McCullough (Bruce), Robert Glenn, Tori, Tierra, Zach, Jayden, Teegan and Seth; and her siblings, Donna (Ronnie), Bobbie (Eldon), Pam (Lee), Mary Ann, Wanda and Roy Chandler. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
