He is survived by: his children, Jim Belesiu (Ellen) and Antoinette Papailiou (Takis); his grandchildren, Nick Papailiou (Katyln), Athan Papailiou, Thomas Belesiu and Matthew Belesiu; and his great grandchild Kalliopi Papailiou.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 3131 NE Glisan St, Portland, OR 97232. A burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rose City Cemetery and Funeral Home (5625 NE Fremont St, Portland, OR 97213).
