He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Anthony Bennett of Jackson Springs, NC; and his daughter Brianna Bennett. He is survived by: his children, Shene Caldwell and Javairius Bennett (Shakidra); his grandchildren, Markaylah Dickey, Najair Dayyan Rasheed, Ja'Ziyah and Samorah Bennett; his stepdaughter Nivea Robinson; and his siblings, Patricia Barnes (Jimmy) of Southern Pines, NC, Janet Shavers of Stamford, CT, Nancy Hambric of Durham, NC, Reverend Hampton Bennett (Betty) of Mt. Gilead, NC, Susan Bouknight (Kevin) of Durham, NC, Audrey Bennett of Durham, NC and Sabrina Bennett of Jackson Springs, NC.. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
