He is survived by: his wife Annie Perry; his children, John Perry Jr., Jamaal Perry, Johnae Perry and Jasmine Perry; his siblings, Gerald Perry (Letitia), Lowell Jackson Jr., Chris Jackson (Natalice), Pernell Jackson, Lowell Edward Jackson, Mark Jackson (Crystal), Victor Perry and Dietra Earst (John); and his aunts, Ruby Offord-Reid and Linda Offord. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Terry Family Funeral Home (2337 N Williams Ave, Portland, OR 97227). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:31 PM at the Willamette National Cemetery (11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd, Portland, OR 97086).
