He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Fleming; his daughter Mindi Gowers (Ben); his foster son Fred Zensen; his grandchildren, Brandyn Pierce (Katharine), James Marden (Joshua), Braden Gowers (Jessie), Bryttni Pierce, Caitlyn Gowers (Dylan), Bryson Gowers (Andrea), Brylie Teanna Ballantyne (Seth) and Camille Gowers; and his great grandchildren, Parker Marden, Oliver Gowers, Ezekiel Pierce, Isaac Pierce, Elizabeth Pierce and Franklin Gowers.
