He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie and Theresa. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Hoffman; his children, Jason Hoffman and Alaina Heywood; his grandchildren, Brenden, Kieran, Austin, Caitlyn, Joshua and Maxx; and his siblings, Walter Hoffman, Sandra Pyke and Douglas Hoffman.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Willamette National Cemetery (11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd, Portland, OR 97086).
