He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert N. Rice and Dorothy M. Rice (Mampleman); and his brother Daniel Rice. He is survived by : his wife Ellie Rice of Forest Grove; his sisters, Geralyn "Geri" (Doug Collins) and Mary (Glen Carr); and also, Erica Collins of Camas, Washington, Nicole, Aduj Prasher of Stuart, Florida, Colleen Rice of Bellingham, Washington, Christopher, Krista Carr of Longview, Brian and Jeanna Rice of Boise. He is also survived by his five nieces, nephews.
