He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Otto and Helen Otto; and his sister Joann Otto. He is survived by: his siblings, Len (Gloria), Mary (Mike) and Neal (Shannon); his nephew Nathan (Jerome); and his niece Brynne (Bob).
