He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Christopher Sitter (Larry) and Laura Elizabeth Tanner Sitter. He is survived by: his wife Darby Sitter; and his children, Mike (Wendy), Dan (Emily) and Sara (Ray).
A rosary will be held on Friday, June 12th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the St Pius X Catholic Church (1280 NW Saltzman Rd, Portland, OR 97229). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Willamette National Cemetery (11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd, Portland, OR 97086).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all memorial donations be directed to The Sitter Family Scholarship at Central Catholic High School in care of the Office of Advancement, Central Catholic High School, 2401 SE Stark St., Portland, OR.
