He is survived by: his sister Trudi Simmons-Moss; his children, Tony Payne, Brenda Adams, Matthew Payne, Mick Payne, Kim Payne, Christa Solis and Valerie Payne; his former wife Marilee Payne; and also Connie Payne. He is also survived by Grandpa to his nineteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
