He is survived by: his wife Inice; his sons, Bruce and Brice; his grandchildren, Shaun Bell, Justin Bell (Jennifer) and Brittney Bell; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bell, Grayson Bell and Garrett Bell; and his nieces and nephews, Peggy Vosgien, Barbara Hildebrandt (Mike), Daniel Bell, Steven Bell, David Bell, Mike Bell and Lawrence Bruce.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Oregon Humane Society.
