He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey Carolyn Blanchard; and his daughter Carolyn. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Thompson, Susan Milton and Karen Weinert; and his granddaughters, Michelle, Amy and Ashley. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
