Robert Leroy Acker MD Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Leroy Acker MD of Portland, Oregon, who passed away on July 24, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Acker and Jean Acker; his son Robert Acker; and his brother William Acker. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Randal Acker of Portland and Jennie; his children-in-law, Karl Harrop of Sherwood and Gigi Acker of Tampa; his grandchildren, Miles, Grant, Piper (CJ), Riley, Becca, Mattie, Josie, Ella, Carson and Eden; his brother Daniel (Barbara Acker) of Salem; and his sibling's children, Darren of Jeff, AJ, Aaron, Vicki, Karen, Molly and Andrea.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Skyline Memorial Gardens (4101 NW Skyline Blvd, Portland, OR 97229). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM. A reception will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
