We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2023, at the age of 85, Sandra Jean Barrera (Portland, Oregon) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Lind and Marjorie Lind; her brother Terry Lind; and her husband Louie. She is survived by: her siblings, Ricky Lind and Vicki Garland; her daughters, Kelly Hawthorne (Tim) and Teresa Barrera (Salvador Barajas); her grandchildren, Brandon Hawthorne (Becky), Elizabeth Kemp, Esteban Barajas (Davin Bok), David Barajas (Liliana) and Sara Barajas; and her great grandchildren, Drayke Kemp, Addison Hawthorne and Riley Hawthorne.

She believed this even after declining health, the pandemic, and the sale of her North Portland home necessitated a move to Southern California.
