She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hill and Clara Hill; and her brother Butch Hill. She is survived by: her friend Victor Baldwin; her daughters, Starr Winborne-Smith and Spring Hillhouse; her grandchildren, Charity Waters, Sierra Waters and Jordan Winborne; and her brother Denny Hill. She is also survived by other friends and near family members.
