She was predeceased by : her parents, Lucille Owens and Clarence Willis; her brothers, Wallace and Preston Willis; her stepfather William Owens; and her grandfather William Owens.

She is survived by : her stepdaughters, Jeanne Meyer of Vancouver and Carol Meyer of Billerica; her grandchildren, Cain Ruben-Meyer of Boston, Leigh Meyer-Beyer of Vancouver and Joel Ruben-Meyer of Brooklyn; and her husband Raleigh R. Meyer Jr..

A memorial service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Christian Church of Portland (1314 SW Park Ave, Portland, OR 97201).
