He was predeceased by: his parents, James McDade and Gladys McDade. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Kimberley (David Byelick) and Janine (Matthew Harris); and his grandchildren, Keller Harris, Milana Byelick, Annika Byelick, Kai Harris and McKinley Byelick.
