He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dee Coxen and Hermia Coxen; his wife Betty Forslund; his brother Boyd Coxen; and his children, Steve, Ken, Matt Coxen and Brenda Chapman. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
