He is survived by: his parents, Julian Samuel (Bonnie) and Carol Peltz (Ken); his wife Karla Samuel; his children, Joshua and Maggie Samuel; his siblings, Tamra Samuel and Jeremiah Samuel (Emily); and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by loving extended family, many dear friends.
