He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Bitner, Jr. and Iva M. Bitner (Pickell). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lee (Heater); and his children, Michelle Weaver of Prineville, Michael Lee of Colorado, Frank Bitner, Patsy Suojanan, Robin Mae, Scott Bitner and Doug Bitner. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren as well as 7 brothers and 2 sisters.
