He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Ilda of Mike's Italian. He is survived by: his wife Linda; and his siblings, Caroline and Richard (Dianna). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Mike requested that donations in his memory be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
