She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Jo Meade. She is survived by: her father Murray Meade; her husband Jim Barri; her daughter Jessica Fackrell (Alex Fackrell); her grandchildren, Braxton, Rylee and Payton; her stepson Kevin Barri (Rachelle Barri); her stepgrandchildren, Kory, Chase and Cole; her mother-in-law Kathy; and her siblings, Paul Meade (Maile), Tom Meade and Theresa Thompson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Edward the Martyr Catholic Church in Sisters, Oregon, in Ann's memory.
