Though Billie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stanford and Ruth Stanford (McCann); her husband Barry Popkoff; her son Mark Stephen Mcdanel of Butte, MT; and her granddaughter Meghan Elizabeth Crafton-Cook of Redmond, OR..
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Marie Goad (Michael Joseph McDanel) of Redmond, OR; her brother David Stanford of New Castle, PA.; her grandchildren, Chloe Schuh (Goad), Marissa and Karste; and her sisters, Donna Watson and Joann. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Redmond Memorial Cemetery (3545 SW Canal Blvd, Redmond, OR 97756).
