He was predeceased by : his parents, William W. Brumbaugh and Francis Waters Brumbaugh; and his brothers, Charles Bessey and David Brumbaugh. He is survived by : his children, Heather Edmonds (Kevin) of Olathe, Kansas and Sam Brumbaugh (Amy) of Centerton, Arkansas; his stepchildren, Mark Houghton (Jeanette) of Protection, Kansas, Robert Houghton (Rachel) of Battleground, Washington, Carol Stoner of Battleground, Washington and Vicki Toneges (Dan) of Redmond Oregon; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Allison, Alexander Edmonds, Skyler, Brooklyn Brumbaugh, Monica and Melanie Peterson; his great grandchildren, Izyk, Dalton, Phoenix Peterson and Kyra Long; his nephews, Mike, Scott Bessey, Kelly and Jesse Brumbaugh; his niece Mindy Brumbaugh; and his sister-in-law Cynthia Bessey.
