He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin Lavern and Margaret Risteen Peterson (Eseke); and his brother Mark Peterson. He is survived by : his wife LeAnn Peterson; his children, Matt AnDyke (Kim), Jennifer Mohler (Robert) and Brittany Benson (Brandon); his brothers, Jeff Peterson and Tim Peterson; and his grandsons, Ethan and Elliot. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“LeAnn, Matt,Jenn, Brittany. There are no words to express my sadness for your incredible loss. Greg was a great guy with an amazing heart. He would have done anything for anyone who needed it. My fondest memory of him is this big burly guy coming into my daycare to pickup his tiny little girl Brittany. He would light up when his little girl was in his arms. He was so proud of Jenn and Matt playing baseball and softball. He loved his family! He will be missed. Christie”
