We announce the death of Janet Marlene Rangel (Redmond, Oregon), who passed away on June 28, 2026, at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her former husband Paul Burns; and her son Mark Varner. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert, Ronald, Phyllis and Bill; her husband Luis Rangel; her children, Debbie Hettinga, Sandy Foss-Brandt and Daniel Varner; and her stepson Sam Burns. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grand-daughter.
