He was predeceased by: his parents, William Williams and Jesse Williams; and his siblings, Bill, Vernon and Alice.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Williams; and his children, Jessica, Richard, Debra and Kim. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
