He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mullens and Dorothy Mullens. He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Kathy" Mullens; and his children, Angie Krossman, Danny Knight and Levi Mullens. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren as well as 18 beloved great-grandchildren.
