Though Janice may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Janice leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her father Lloyd Freaman; and her brother Robin Freamon. She is survived by: her mother Janet Freaman; her husband Bill Duncan; her sons, Ryan Duncan (Jonathan Williams) and Tyson Duncan; her granddaughters, Zakiya and Zaviena Duncan; and her siblings, Randy Freamon, Steve Freamon and Brenda Meisner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Roseburg National Cemetery (913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97471).
