He is survived by: his father William "Bill" Welty; his siblings, Curtis Welty (Tammy) and Kim Shaw (Terry); his siblings' children, Josh, Anthony, Spencer, Trever, Hanna, Haley, Dustin, Jason, Andrew, Brandon, Chanel, Brittnee, William, Taylor, Mattie, Vivi, Emma, Riley and Lexi; and his friends, Mike and LeAnn Loomis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
