He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia A. Willis (Matthews); his son Benjamin L. Willis (Terry); his parents, Roy A. Willis and Dorothy W. Willis (Gurney); his in-laws, Arthur and Margaret Matthews (Conn); his siblings, Donita Willis, Ronald Willis, JoAnne Peters and Bruce Willis; his son-in-law Richard B. McDonald; his siblings-in-law, Lillian Kenworthy, Elaine Becker, Dale Matthews and Ivan Matthews; and his great grandchild Ellianna Rose Ramirez.
He is survived by: his son Richard J. Willis (Millie); his granddaughters, Jeannette L. Keen (Tom), Cindy K. Ferner (Kevin) and Charlene L. Barclay (Michael); his daughters, Jeannette, Cindy and Charlene; and his sisters, Peggy Veach, Karen Brint, Debra Williams and Nancy Moore. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
