He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Thrasher and Juanita Meser.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Roseburg National Cemetery (913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97471).
