He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mann and Verla Mann; and his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Susan and Rick. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and two sisters.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (2755 Sykes Rd, St Helens, OR 97051). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Columbia Memorial Gardens (54490 Columbia River Hwy, Scappoose, OR 97056).
