He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles and Girlie of Scappoose; his daughter Teresa Scott of Sequim; and his stepdaughter Diane Dean of Seattle. He is survived by : his sons, Steven, Gregory and Duane; and his stepson Jeffrey Dean. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
