He is survived by: his wife Jan Meadows; his sisters, Mary and Peggy; his children, Dan, Dianne, Debbie, Marla and John; his grandchildren, Bradley, Jeremy, Mitch, Ashley and Mariah; and his great grandchildren, Maverick, Warren, Noah, Laura, Rowan of Asher, JD, Aspen, Leah and Mark.
