He is survived by: his wife Janet Tice; his sisters, Charlene Poff and Melba Olsen; his children, Joanna Jauron (Sam), Carla Barnes, David Tice and Mark Tice; and his grandchildren, Sarah Hill (Zach), Dustyn Greenhalge, Amy Bynum (Aaron), Emily Barnes, Michael Jauron, Tara Tice and Holly Tice. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
