He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley G. Hauke and Louella J. Germann Hauke of Ripley; his son Kevin Patrick Hauke; and his brother David L. Hauke. He is survived by: his daughter Thea Dianne Hauke; his stepson Bradley Daniel Niehouse; his wife Darlene T. Hauke (Harsany); and his siblings, Elaine Hauke (Smith), Michael, Marie Hauke (Valada), Theresa (Hauke), Terry Cooper, Mary Lou Hauke and Andrew Hauke.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Patrick's memory to organizations dedicated to wildlife rescue or Lewy Body Disease research.
