He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Hogg (Oscar Hogg) and Oscar Hogg; his brother Jack; and his former wife Betsy. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Caputo (Andres); his granddaughters, Gabriella and Romana of Portland; his niece Melinda Voy; and his nephew Steve Hogg. He is also survived by numerous grandnieces, grandnephews and friends.
