He was predeceased by: his stepfather Jack; his sister Heather; and his friend Valerie. He is survived by: his parents, MichaelJensen Martino and Debra Martino (Jensen); his children, Sydney and Isaiah; and his siblings, Shannon, Shawn and Nichole. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
