He was predeceased by: his mother Irene. He is survived by: his father Jon Holmquist; his stepmother Solveig Holmquist of Salem, OR; his sisters, Dawn Woolcott (Chuck) of Brush Prairie, WA, Dana Hennelly (Todd) of Lake Oswego, OR and Darci Swindells (Charlie) of Portland, OR; and his stepbrothers, Peter Smith (Rebecca Peterson) of Grants Pass, OR and Rob Magnusson Smith (Leslie Mazlow) of Falmouth, England. He is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
