David Rice Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Rice in Salem, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 26, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, David is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that David's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He is survived by: his parents, Carl Rice and Barbara Rice; his daughters, Ella and Lucy Rice; his pet Toshi Momo Rice; his former spouse Shannon Rice; his siblings, Kathi Hammer (John) and Rob Rice (Kristi); and his aunt Janet Glaubke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
