Dicy Jane Graham Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dicy Jane Graham of Salem, Oregon, born in Pendleton, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Dicy Jane has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her brother Doug Strom of Arizona; and her parents, Neal S Strom and Vera M Strom. She is survived by: her daughter Stacey L Smith (Graham) of Salem.
