He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Paul Wasson of North Dakota and Elsie Mae Parrish of Nebraska. He is survived by: his former wife Charlene; his children, Lee Erwin, Tammy and Amy; his wife Blanca; and his brother Don. He is also survived by his children and stepchildren.
