With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gayle Kathryn Ritter of Salem, Oregon, who passed away on September 9, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Gayle had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Gayle may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nevin Brothers and Faye Brothers. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Marie Ritter; her husband Rick Ritter; her daughter Annaliese Stewart (Jackie); her grandsons, Cameron Collins and Justin Stewart; her siblings, Joyce Kart and Michael Brothers; and her nephew Sam Kart. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
