George Raymond Cook Obituary

George Cook passed away on September 27, 2020 after a lengthy illness. He was born in Fairfield, Iowa, one of five children born to John and Lucy (nee Fyvie) Cook. George's life of adventure started when he was just a teenager selling Bibles door-to-door in the Appalachias. His family moved to Southern California where George graduated high school in Long Beach. In 1978, he met his first wife Robin, and they had a beautiful daughter, Cheyenne. They had many great adventures together exploring the Western United States, often with their daughter by their side. Sadly,
the relationship didn't last but they each found new loves. George is predeceased by his parents and his sister Cindy Dowd. He is survived by his first wife Robin, daughter Cheyenne, second wife Nirvana, stepson Brian, sons Joey and Steven, brother John Cook, sisters Mary Karlovitz (Rudy), and Sue Wright, grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
