He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Vestal and Annie Vestal. He is survived by: his children, Terry, Cory, David Vestal of Salem and Cindy Vestal Mitchell of Damascus; and his daughters-in-law, Kim Vestal of Turner and Kelli Vestal of Salem. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
