He is survived by: his sister Betty Dreyer; his children, Rebecca Rachel Thornton (Thornton) of Chehalis, WA and Gerald Edwin Hand, Jr. (Heidi) of Scio, OR; and his grandchildren, Crystal Hill, Michael Hill, Robert Morgan, Jr., Sarena Hendrix, Calvin Baker, Dayna Baker and Amy Hand. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren.
