She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard D. Bumgarner and Wilma P. Bumgarner. She is survived by: her brother Phillip Bumgarner (Lou); and her nephews, Jason (Christine), Rustin (Emily), Andrew and Bryce Bumgarner (Erin).
Ginger was selected by Make a Wish Foundation which sent Ginger and her parents to Disneyland for a vacation.
