He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia Nelson and Paul Nelson; his sister Nancy; his former spouses, Ann Klindworth and Sandy Stafford; his wife Mary Anne; his children, Bruce, Brian, Greg Nelson, Mariah Rawlins and Miles Spradlin-Crater; and also, Mike, Craig and Kara Stafford (Hassoun).
