He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roger Toelkes and Dixie Toelkes (Hummer) of Tecumseh, Kansas.; his wife Martha Riddle of Topeka; his children, Adam Toelkes of Chesterfield, Virgina, Ryan Toelkes of Kansas City and Taylor Jaye of Chicago; his grandchildren, Zoe, Blake of Virginia and Ember of Chicago; his significant other Sharon Janney-Toelkes; his daughters, Hilary of Portland and Lauren of San Francisco; his sister Jill Toelkes Beam (Gary) of Auburn; his cousin Brett of Lawrence, Kansas.; his sister Julie (Aubrey); and his uncles, Dick and Phil.
